Refund policy

You will have 14 days to inform us that you would like to return any item(s) and then another 14 days to deliver the item(s) back to us which will be at your own cost. If a return isn’t accepted due to any of the below reasons, you will be responsible to arrange the item to be delivered back to you.

Once we've received your return, it can take up to 21 days to process a refund or exchange.

If the Items have been used we unfortunately cannot accept return unless the item is faulty.

All Items MUST come back in their original packaging WITH tags, failure to do so could result in return not being accepted.

Any make-up stains or odour will also void any return.

For returns, proof of postage and tracking may be needed so please keep all tracking details including proof of postage.

Our bodysuits are non returnable due to Hygiene reasons unless item is faulty.

Sample Sale & Black Friday Mystery Items are non returnable.
